The Artistic Directors of Sankalpam re-defined the Bharata Natyam technique of Abhinaya offering audiences a new entry point into Indian classical dance. Moksha, meaning liberation, is traditionally a concluding item in a programme of Indian dance, performed with concentration and attack. The production drew on a wealth of creativity and excellence, grown in Kalakshetra.
