I have had the pleasure of working with international theatre director Tim Supple on several research and performance projects. In 2024, in association with The Marylebone Theatre, I joined a small team to explore movement for The Conference of the Birds, Peter Oswald’s reimagining of the 12th-century Sufi poem. The research allowed us to test ideas, experiment with embodiment, and respond physically to the poetic and spiritual rhythms of the text. Our work was presented at Marylebone Theatre, London, to a selected panel of international guests, offering a glimpse into the possibilities for this timeless story to be developed with movement.
